Rentals

Delivery

  • Delivery of rental equipment is available for a $10 service fee in the Colorado Springs area.  Monument, Woodland Park, Peyton, Black Forest, etc. please add an additional $10.  The idea is that if it will take me more than 20 minutes to drive to your house, go ahead and expect the additional $10 service fee. 
  • This might be worth it to you as I will show you how to set the pump up and even go through a pumping session with you if you desire.
  • Just call my office during business hours for delivery after 5pm or call 661-3469 after hours to schedule delivery for the following day after 5pm.  Remember that I'm the one doing the delivery so I can't deliver while the store is open.

Reservations

  • Most rentals are on a first come, first serve basis.
  • We will only "hold" a pump with a credit card charged for the first rental term. This can be done over the phone and the pump either picked up or delivered (with appropriate fee added) at your convenience.
  • We will also "reserve" a pump for you for a $15 fee, which will be deducted from your rental fee when you actually get the pump.
  • This is a great way to make sure you have a pump when you go home from the hospital.  If you find that you don't need a pump when you leave the hospital, I can give you a gift card for that amount to be used on anything in the store.
  • No appointments are necessary to rent a pump, however, it is usually just me in the boutique so I hope you will be patient.  There are places to sit while you wait if necessary!
  • Also, there are times when we have no pumps available so you may want to call ahead to be sure.
  • If you'd like to fill out the forms in advance, just print the forms below out and bring them in with you filled out with your personal info and signatures.  I will fill out our portion when you get here and make a copy for you.
  • You will need a PDF file viewer (like Adobe Acrobat) to view these files.

Miscellaneous

  • It will take about 1/2 hour to fill out all the paperwork (of course there's a ton of paperwork!) and go over how to use the pump.
  • If you are renting a pump and have a kit from the hospital, bring it with you so we can show you how to set the pump up and be sure that you have everything you need.
  • We will need a copy of the driver's license of whomever signs the rental contract. We can make a copy in the office. If we are delivering to the hospital, please have a copy ready when we arrive.

Returning Pumps

  • Remove your piston assembly from the Lactina pump and make sure that all your personal equipment is out of the case.
  • Be sure to remove the membrane caps and protective membranes from underneath the top section of the Symphony Pump and make sure all your personal equipment is out of the case.
  •  Remember, the "kit" is yours so don't leave it in the case.
