Home & Office Visits
- Include history taking, before and after feeding wt checks
to determine intake, and personalized plan of care.
- Your physician(s) will receive a copy of the report if
appropriate.
- You should check to see if your insurance company will
reimburse you for the visit.
- I will provide you with a superbill for that purpose. You
should also see about getting an order from your Pediatrician to
see a Lactation Consultant so that you have a better chance of
being reimbursed.
- All consults are by appointment. I am usually
available even on weekends and holidays. Just call and I'll see
what I can do.
Home & Office Visits: $40 / hr
- Average 1st visit takes 2 hours
- 2 hour office visit = $80
- Home Visits incur a minimum surcharge of $20 for up
to one hour of round trip travel time and $20 / hr of travel
time thereafter.
- 2 hour home visit within 30 minutes drive from our office =
$100
