Phone Consults
- I am available by phone for simple questions or problems.
- I can't really help with sore nipples or a poor latch over the phone, or any other problem which might require that we see the baby nurse to give good recommendations.
- I will need to take a short history over the phone, which will include your name, phone number, and address for record keeping and billing purposes, so please be prepared to provide this information. Otherwise, I cannot provide phone help. I appreciate your understanding.
- A report of your phone consult may be sent to your physician(s) to help coordinate care.
- Phone Consults are free when follow-up to a home or office visit.
- Fee for non-clients is $20 per hour with $10 minimum charge.
- We will waive the fee for less than 15 minutes on a case-by-case basis.
- Payment may be made by credit card over the phone
